Tam Tam Mandingue USA/San Diego (TTM USA) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and is the San Diego branch of Tam Tam Mandingue, a world-wide international network of drumming/percussion schools founded by Mamady Keita in 1991. Monette Marino is the Founder/Director of TTM USA/San Diego, and one of only 6 persons in the world to receive a Diploma from Mamady Keita.

Mission Statement: TTM USA is dedicated to fostering interest and participation in traditional West African drumming, dance, and cultural art forms, as well as to preserve and transmit Mandingue musical tradition as a tool to promote tolerance, understanding, equality, and international peace.

TTM USA/San Diego located in San Diego, California, offers ongoing percussion classes, workshops, public performances, drumming for local dance classes and events, demonstrations, performances for schools (elementary – college), and tutoring/private lessons in drumming.
